I have a very strong passion for Cricket and helping the future generation in their journey through the cricket ranks. I was a representative Cricket and hockey player in Wellington and Marlborough in NZ up through until I finished high school. This included being in the Wellington School Boys Cricket Squad. I've always had a passion for coaching. I have had a lot of experience with hockey coaching as a part time development officer. When my son was born it was clear he had a love for cricket. I wanted to share that with him, so I decided to get qualified. My coaching style is to empower players, while also holding them accountable on and off the field. My philosophy is Character over Skill, Development over Winning. It is important to me that the little one percenters that makes children 'coachable children' are always installed in the players I coach. It’s a legacy for me that has been received very well, and I have decided to share my knowledge and passion of the game. I love coaching players of all abilities and I very much enjoy seeing players develop while also having the love for Cricket that I do.
