I have over 20 years experience as a coach on the Gold Coast and first played Rugby League in 1975. I have coached at most levels of Rugby League and it truly is my passion in life. I have coached both boys and girls teams in Rugby League as well as men's and women's. I have also been involved in the Junior Pathways Program with the Tweed Seagull Football Club in The Boys Mal Meninga Cup and the Girls Harvey Norman Cup. I also work for the NRL assisting with game development and Coach Education as well as assisting local clubs with their new coaches as a Coach Developer.

I am an experienced long-distance runner and trail runner. I am a Level 2 Athletics Australia accredited running coach with a Certificate 4 in Fitness and I have worked both as a PT and a running coach. I provide sessions that are fun, inclusive and safe and I will help you achieve your fitness goals whether it be completing your first race or setting a personal best.

Currently employed as a TAFE QLD Educator teaching Cert II in Sports Coaching (Hockey) as well as delivering FIH Coach Courses with the FIH Academy, and was previously the Member Development Manager at Brisbane Women's Hockey Association, Hockey Queensland. In 2024 & 2023 I was awarded the Hockey Queensland Pathway Coach of The Year.
